Delivered as part of the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing, this module can be studied individually or alongside other units such as Marketing Impact, Search Engine Optimisation, and Social Media Marketing. The flexible, part-time structure spans seven weeks, with a blend of face-to-face and occasional online sessions, supporting learners who need to balance study with other commitments.
Assessment is via a 90-minute onscreen multiple-choice test, ensuring a focused and practical evaluation of your skills. Completing all four modules leads to the full certificate, positioning you as a well-rounded marketing professional ready to make an impact in any organisation.
There are registration and assessment fees to be paid directly to CIM. For details refer to the CIM website.

Please note that while we make reasonable adjustments to remove any barriers to education, additional fees may be payable where this is not possible. In order to successfully complete the course, students must have a minimum of 80% attendance and commit to self-directed study when preparing for assignments. Our classes are mostly face-to face, however, there may be the occasional need for classes to be taught on-line and to complete remote self- study when necessary. You will, therefore, need technology that can support the use of Microsoft Teams.
The assessment method for this module is a 90-minute onscreen assessment utilising Multiple Choice Testing.
