Tickets will go on sale from Saturday 1st August using the link below:
Graduand Tickets – £10 each
Guest Tickets – To attend cathedral £25 each
Reception tickets – Free
Coach tickets – £10
Sales close on Thursday 1st October at midday. If there are any spare tickets, these will be released after this date on a first come, first serve basis. Please check this page for details.
Gowning and Photography
Once you have purchased your tickets, gown hire and photography bookings can be made through Ede & Ravenscroft here. You should have booked this by Monday 22 September to make sure your booking is in place.
If you have any technical difficulties, or issues, please contact Ede & Ravenscroft via their website.
We kindly ask that all participants wear a gown, as it is required in order to take part.
Drinks Reception
A drinks reception will be held for graduates and their guests in the University Centre Farnborough from 3.15pm. Please register your interest in attending the drinks reception on the e-store when booking your tickets. There is no charge for attending.
Parking/Coaches
Parking is very limited so please car share where possible. Overflow parking will be available next door at the neighbouring University of Surrey pay-and-display car park. You can also purchase coach tickets for yourself and your guests from our online store.
Eligibility to Graduate
To be able to graduate in October, you must have successfully completed your qualification in full, with nothing left outstanding. To avoid disappointment, please check with your tutor if you are unsure or you are concerned you will not finish in time.
All outstanding tuition fees must be cleared before Graduation or you will not be eligible to attend. If you are struggling to pay outstanding fees please contact the Graduation Team for more information.
If you have purchase tickets but you are unable to graduate, then we can offer you a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
I need to amend my ticket booking, what should I do?
If you need a refund on part of your ticket booking, for example one of your guests can no longer attend, please email graduation@farn-ct.ac.uk before 1st October we are unable to offer refunds after this date.
How do I book Coach tickets?
Coach tickets for Graduands and guests can be purchased from the e-store. Coaches will leave from Westminster car park at 11.45am. The return coach will leave from Guildford Cathedral at 3pm.
Someone in my party has an Access Requirement, what should I do?
Please let the Graduation team know when you purchase your tickets if yourself or a guest has access requirements on the day, this includes if you need a Disabled parking space. Please note there are limited spaces so we may not be able to accommodate all requests but will try where possible.
Where and when do I collect my gown from on the day of Graduation?
Gowning and photography will be in the University Centre Farnborough from 9am on the day of Graduation. Please see below for your designated time slot. This will help us to manage numbers of students on the day. Please use car park on Sycamore Road which will have additional parking signs outside on the day.

What should I wear to Graduation?
As it’s a special occasion, most people attend smartly dressed. From a practical point of view, it is easier to wear a shirt or blouse so that your hood can be fastened on a button, otherwise please bear in mind the hood will need to be secured with safety pins to your clothing.
Please remember a gown is mandatory.
Can I park at the Cathedral?
Parking is very limited at the Cathedral, so please car share where possible. Overflow parking will be available next door at the University pay-and-display car park, but please allow extra time as it is a short walk up the hill to the Cathedral, or through the middle of the campus. I have bought a coach ticket, where do I go?
Coaches will leave from the Westminster car park at 11.45am. The return coach will leave from Guildford Cathedral at 3pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early, the coach will leave on time as it is unable to wait if you are late.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
You will not receive a ticket you just need to give your name to the check in desk on the day.
